Welcome to Raspberry Winter Counselling. Elizabeth Manwaring is the counsellor at Raspberry Winter offering face-to-face and Skype counselling. She specialises in eating disorders and body image issues, and sand tray therapy. Elizabeth practices from a client-centred, process-oriented framework using expressive therapies including art therapy and gestalt as well as sand tray and symbol work.
Elizabeth's approach to eating disorders and body image issues is deeply embedded in an understanding of the wider social, cultural, economic, political and gender issues that impact on people in modern society and contribute to the development of these issues in individual's lives.

Qualifications

Elizabeth holds a Masters of Clinical Counselling from the Australian Catholic University. She undertook her practicum at The Eating Issues Centre, Inc.
